Mailchimp Sign Up Form PopUp not working

  • I’ve created my popup on mailchimp following their instructions and copied and pasted the code they provided to my Welcome Page which should allow the popup to appear for visitors to my page. However, the popup isn’t showing at all. How can I get this pop up to work?

    I’m not sure how to copy the code here to share with you – do let me know if you need any further information to assist me with this problem.

    Where is the form supposed to appear? Can you link to a tutorial of how to set this up so I can duplicate on my site?

    What is the code that you’re using to add the popup? Are you adding a plugin for popup functionality? There isn’t anything built into the theme that allows for popups to display.

    Based on Mailchimp’s instructions all I needed to do was to add this code to the page that I wanted it displayed on, so that’s what I did. I did not add a plugin or anything like that.

    Hey,
    You would need to talk with mailchimp, from your error log (right click > inspect > console) the mailchimp javascript is returning an error.

    Also, it looks like you have this error : https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/jquery-cookie-fails-to-load/

    I suggest you contact your host and have them fix this for you. It means your host is very out of date so worth doing for security.

    I installed a mail chimp pop-up form a few weeks ago and it was working, now all of a sudden it’s not working. I deleted the code from the headers and footers section in settings and re-entered the code and it’s still not working. This is the code I’m using:

    This is so frustrating! Now I now why I wasn’t getting any subscribers after running a FB Ad! Please help!!!! Thank you!

    I am seeing the mailchimp form appear in a popup on your site. Where exactly are you running into an issue? Are you using a plugin for the popup? Can you link to the documentation for your configuration?

    Since this isn’t really being controlled by the theme, I also suggest that you contact mailchimp support to see if they have any input.
