    Hi there,

    I’m trying to use the plugin but when I go to the settings page it’s completely unresponsive. None of the buttons work (including Logout) and I can’t update the form settings, lists, etc.

    When I installed the app, I was able to update the settings just fine. I don’t know exactly when this issue cropped up, but I have updated WP to the new version since I installed it. (WP version is now 6.2.2.)

    I’ve tried deleting the plugin and reinstalling, but the information is stored and retrieved from somewhere and it remains unresponsive.

    Any guidance on how to make it actually do something would be awesome.

    What is the exact version number of the MC4WP plugin you are using?

    Can you please show me a screenshot of the unresponsive screen so I know exactly where you’re at and how far it got to load?

    I just debugged a similar issue. Clicking Save on the Settings would just spin and timeout.

    I tracked it down to WPML, which was infinitely-looping on the save_post hook. I’m not 100% sure, but I think the problem is there were two English translations of the same mcwp-form, and it was bouncing between synchronizing each one with the other. Deleting the extra translation seems to have fixed the problem.

    If you have WPML installed, this might be something to look into. I’m not sure how the extraneous record got there in the first place, nor whether the source of the problem is WPML, MC4WP, or something we did ourselves.
