Mailchimp says: API Request Error 0 :: on 2412 in /www/wp-content/plugins/mailch

Same problem for our website, the plugin page is blocked on error and you cannot change any settings.

To help us in our investigation could you inform us if it is possible that the plugin was disconnected from the Mailchimp side? We’ve had some reports of other users having issues after that has occured and we’re working to resolve this issues.

If it is true that the plugin was disconnected we’ll work to get the Token cleared out with the Mailchimp team in order for you to reconnect. The only information we’ll need is the store URL. If you prefer not to share this information publicly feel free to use the following contact form.

Hello! Good day, so a backstory. I have both Mailchimp for wordpress and Mailchimp for Woo, both plugins wasn’t able to access to mailchimp anymore two days ago – the mailchimp for wordpress gave me an error about IP address so it was a possible IP block from Akamai.

Since I was testing out things what i’ve done on mailchimp site is i’ve disconnected the woo integration to try and re-connect again.

I’ve already contacted mailchimp for the IP block and today I was able to already access using the plugin mailchimp for wordpress, but for the mailchimp for woocommerce I could still not get it to reconnect, Any help would be much appreciated.
