mailchimp problems

Hi!

I had problems with my latest newsletter plug-in and wanted to use mailchimp instead. I accidentily turned on the ‘unsubscribe from list’ option and whatever I try, it stays there. I now deleted mailchimp completely, but the box is still there…. How and what to do to correct this. I want to use mailchimp, but only if it works properly.
