Mailchimp PopUp + Hustle Pop Up

    Hello everyone,

    I had tried to collect leads with Mailchimp using Embedd Forms and Pop Up Forms. Since this did not perform well and I am much more satisfied with Hustle, I would like to continue using it actively and switch to the pro version soon.

    I currently have the following problem: strangely, the pop-up form from Mailchimp is still displayed and also the one from Hustle. I have completely deleted the Mailchimp code and it is still displayed. I have already had intensive discussions with Mailchimp support, but without success, because the support is really bad. And what I’ve read from you in this forum so far is really great and I’m impressed. Hopefully you can help me with this too.

    Is there perhaps a way to finally check that the Mailchimp code is no longer anywhere on my website and only the pop-up from Hustle is displayed?

    I am really grateful for any help!

    Hope you are doing well.

    We’ll need to have a bit more information about where the popup is supposed to load and where you notice the Mailchimp popup on the website side so that we can have a better?

    Should we check any specific page where the popup loads or click any specific link or button to view it?

    At the moment, I’m not able to find where exactly the popup loads. A screenshot would also be helpful on what exact issue you notice on your side too.

    One of the possibilities would be a cache. Do you have any cache or optimization plugins? If yes, does it make any difference if the cache is cleared?

    Could you also please double check with your hosting provider on whether there is any cache enabled in the server side. If enabled, clearing the cache would also be helpful.
