    Hi there,

    Can I just check if the pop up functionality provided by MailChimp themselves works on a website when your plugin is also in use?

    We have set up a popup via MailChimp itself which is working fine on our BigCommerce store but is not working on our wordpress website which is also using your plugin on a subscribe page.

    Hello,

    Yes, both work independently so should not be a problem. To confirm if, you can just disable our plugin and test again. If the MailChimp.com form still does not work then it would have some other issue not related to our plugin.
