Mailchimp plugin not woking after updating

    I am using Mailchimp for WordPress plugin. It was working perfectly. Today I updated the plugin then after that I am getting the only shortcode on my page.

    My status is also showing connected.

    I deleted the plugin and reinstalled again but the same issue.

    Would you help me out with this?

    Hello,

    Do you mean the shortcode is displayed on your website (frontend)? If yes, can you please delete the shortcode, copy it from the “MC4WP > Forms” menu and add it back to your page?

    Yes, The shortcode is displaying on the website. I deleted server time and copy from form but same issue. Yesterday it was working but today I updated the pluing and than I am getting only shortcode.

    Finally, I found the solution. The issue is, I was using custom HTML in my widget. I change it from custom HTML to Text and added my shortcode then it’s working.

    I don’t know why it was not working with custom HTML because it was working before updating the Mailchimp plugin.
