    Could you please temporarily deactivate our plugin and verify whether you are still facing the issue or not?

    Further, verifying the screenshot that you have provided we can see that instead of providing the hook the file name form-checkout.php is provided.

    You can refer to the below link for action hooks. Please provide the correct hook and verify from your side.

    It is not resolved
    what is an action hook you would recommend and how would i implement that

    If you want to show the checkbox after the billing fields then use “woocommerce_after_checkout_billing_form” in “Opt-in checkbox position”.

    After making the modification if you are still facing the issue, please temporarily deactivate our plugin and verify whether the issue persists or not.

    that hasnt worked
    and when i deactivate your plugin the issue prevails, so i assume its then not coming from your plugin

    If the issue still persists even after deactivating our plugin then it is not an issue from our plugin.
