MailChimp Opt-in Checkbox Fuctionality

    Hi

    Could you please clarify the exact function of the Opt-in check box?

    If the check box is ticked the persons’ email address gets added to the MailChimp mail list.

    What happens when the person enters their name and email address in the form without ticking the Opt-in check box?

    Hello Anthony, if they don’t tick the opt-in the email gets submitted but the contact info will NOT be added to MailChimp.com

    Thanks, and I recommend that descriptive text be added next to the check box to clarify this functionality.
