    I have added an API token and everything is still not working, I don’t know why. When I click the SIgn-Up button it does not show anything, Could you please tell me why.

    Hi @saranrock ,

    It seems after submitting the Mailchimp form it’s showing some console error (screenshot). After taking a closer look it seems the rest api url is not present in your website for ElementsKit.

    This could be happening due to your caching plugin. Try to deactivate the caching plugin to check if that solves the issue. If that solves the issue then check for the settings of your caching plugin which is removing the rest api url for ElementsKit.

    I understand that. I have one testing website that doesn’t have any cache plugin or any plugin except the related theme plugin. But still, the same error exists on the website the doesn’t have any cache plugin. It means it is not due to the cache plugin.

    I have tried to reproduce the issue in my development environment by applying several use cases, but couldn’t be able to reproduce this issue at all. The Mailchimp widget is working fine in my development environment.

    Maybe there is something wrong on your end that requires closer inspection. Please create a ticket at our support center so that we can inspect the issue you are having from your end. The link to our support center is available on the USEFUL LINKS section of Plugin Details page.
