    Hi,

    What error do you get?
Where can we test the form?

    Thanks for letting me know.

I’m also having an issue after just updating to latest version. I’ve hidden it from my site now so can’t share a link but it seems that Mailchimp isn’t receiving the nudge to send the opt in confirmation email.

On sites where older version of the plugin are installed it’s working fine.

    @page52,

Please create a new support topic.

Thank you, and sorry. The issue also seems to have resolved itself – seemed to be on the Mailchimp side. All working fine now.

There is a field for “name” in the form, and that field is required but also hidden from view by the styling.

Remove that field from the form under MailChimp for WP Form > Field editor, and make sure that field is not set to be required in your MailChimp account (under Audience settings > Fields), or change your theme styling so that the field isn’t hidden. It’s not explicitly hidden by some custom CSS.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let me know!

    Hello @lapzor

Thank you for the support but it’s saying to enter valid email id . It’s not accepting any email id. Why so?

    Hello @lapzor

Can you please help me out from this situation? I’m not able to understand that why this is happening. I have tried to enter many mail id’s but none of them worked.

Please let me know once you’ve removed the name field from the form:

As long as that required field is still there, and marked as required but also hidden from view I can’t help you any further.

What do you mean with “it” when you talk about the email id’s? Your MailChimp.com account or the form on your website?

    Hey @payal1995,

When testing, I got a similar error. Was this form designed this way by default in your theme or did you design it yourself?

Can you please share a screenshot of the form page “MC4WP > Form”?
