Mailchimp not showing new subscribers

    I have had 2 recent issues with Mailchimp.
    1. Someone told me they subscribed, received the confirmation email, but they never showed up in my contacts. They tried it twice.
    2. I asked my son to subscribe after that to see what would happen and he did not even get a confirmation email.

    Is anyone else having issues?
    If this has happened to you, were you able to resolve it and if so, how?

    Hey @sensiblyshelley,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Since the emails are sent by MailChimp.com and not us, we do not have any control over this.

    In the first case, if the user clicked on the link in the email and confirmed it, then they should be on your list.

    Can you please share a link where we can test the form created using our plugin?
