Mailchimp not integrating with Wpformslite

  • Hi,
    My newsletter signup and contact form is not connecting with Mailchimp. When I test the forms on my website, I don’t receive an email notification, nor do I receive the welcome email from Mailchimp.

    I have looked up the support documents here (https://wpforms.com/docs/install-use-mailchimp-addon-wpforms/) and is says:

    “After selecting an account, you can also choose a specific audience within that account… you can choose what action you’d like performed when the form is submitted under the Action to Perform dropdown.”

    “Currently, the following actions can be performed with the Mailchimp addon:
    Subscribe: Adds the user as a new contact to your Mailchimp audience.”

    However, “action to perform’ does not appear as an option???

    Can you please advice how I go about configuring wp forms lite so that I receive notification emails and the automation email from Mailchimp please.

    Our apologies for the confusion but the MailChimp addon is part of the paid version of WPForms. If you’d like to know more details about this addons, could you please drop us a line through our contact page when you get the chance?
