Mailchimp: no tags showing

    In a new installation, using the Mailchimp integration, I can choose my List and Audience, but there is no screen during Integration setup like there used to be to choose my Tags (supplied by Mailchimp) to assign to the new subscriber. Has something changed? How do I assign Tags now?

    Can you confirm if you defined them in MailChimp?

    If so, since it is a new installation, can you disable all plugins and switch to the default theme just to make sure it is not any conflict?

    The tags are already defined in Mailchimp. In fact it worked on the same site previously.

    I have switched to a different forms plugin that does work correctly.

    There must have been a reason for the issue and I’m sorry we weren’t able to figure it out yet (it requires more investigation since we couldn’t replicate the issue).
