    Hi there,

I set up MailChimp integration and placed the specific widget on the homepage of my site.

Everything works fine on the desktop, but nothing works on the mobile. I mean, the data is not redirected to the MailChimp account, and no error or success message appears.

I confirm that I followed every step to integrate MailChimp with ElementsKit, as proof that everything on the desktop works great.

I would really appreciate your support in this matter!

    Kind regards,
    M

    Hello @mottoyou ,

Mailchimp is working fine with mobile device in my development environment. I can assure you that the data is coming and successful message is showing also.

Can you please tell me how can I check it on your website as well? I have tried to check it on your website’s home page but didn’t find the mailchimp subscription form anywhere.

    Waiting for your valuable response.

    Regards,
    Benjir

    Hi Benjir,

    Thank you for your support.

This is the section on the Homepage where the MailChimp box is placed: https://prnt.sc/263qd5r

    Hello @mottoyou ,
I hope you are doing well.

I can understand the issue. I have tried to reproduce the issue by activating the OceanWP theme in my development environment but failed to reproduce it. the Mailchimp Widget is working absolutely fine with that Theme. I haven’t found any issue at all.

I have also tested the Mailchimp Form of your site from Desktop and found that the form is also not Working There. Some Errors are appearing On clicking the Sign Up Button. Please check this screencasting for a better understanding.

Sometimes due to conflict between the plugins or Caches, things may not work properly. First of all, please check by clearing the Caches properly from your site. If that doesn’t solve the issue, run a plugin conflict test on your site.

To do so, disable other plugins except for Elementor and Elementskit, and then check if the issue is still there or not. If that solves the issue, start activating the plugins one by one and continue checking. In this way, you will be able to detect what actually causes this issue.

Let me know your findings after running the conflict test. Looking forward to your response.

    Best Regards,
    Prosenjit
