    I can connect to MailChimp, but it won’t find any of my lists created. I have already followed the steps outlined in the knowledgebase and other forums, cleared API Cache Settings, etc. Still, it won’t find my lists.

    Hello @sheismelissa,

    So you’re seeing the error “You need to create a list first”?

    In my experience, this usually means one of two things: either the API key you’re using is incorrect (make sure you have the correct API key entered), or your server is being blocked by MailChimp.

    If your server is blocked by MailChimp, you’ll need to file a support ticket with your hosting company and ask them to investigate issues with your server communicating with the MailChimp API.
