Mailchimp is not listening, they care about $

  • I’m pissed of this mailchimp is the most useless thing, back in time it was great, but after so many years they stopped working on improvments, probably because they are already getting enough $$.

    That’s why I’m really thinking on moving on activecampaign, as this is absurd. It’s time to listen to people, not only revenue.

    As someone reviewed, said – it’s useless. :

    As a listed MailChimp Expert on your directory, I’m well aware what your e-commerce functionality is used for.

    I’m also well aware that the feedback given is rarely incorporated as I have been with MailChimp for more than 4 years and none of my suggestions have been taken, despite being basic functionality for most other email marketing platforms.

    @jakey22, we take all feedback seriously and appreciate the members who voice them. To ensure we understand your issue clearly, can you clarify the problem you’re experiencing with the plugin? Is it doing something incorrectly or is it lacking key features?

    If it’s a feature missing, please feel free to post ideas for future enhancements in our GitHub repo so our development team can review them. We’ll be happy to see if it’s something we can incorporate in a future release.
