Mailchimp Integration not working

  • Hello,
    I am writing because I am having issues integrating the plugin with Mailchimp.
    I have enabled it and entered my API key but it’s not working. All the customers who have subscribed have not ended up on my Mailchimp list.
    Could you please help me with this?

    Hi,

    Please try to create a new API key in Mailchimp, add this new key in our plugin, then check again.
