I have Forminator plugin, all works well. I have recently integrated with mailchimp so if they tick a box to say op-in, they get added to the audience in mailchimp. This is all good and working.

However, when filling in the form, is it possible to add further tick boxes, so the user can in effect choose what tags they assign them self to? I have one tag for the main newsletter, but would like the user to choose product areas of interest, and they will then get tagged accordingly.
When adding the form, i can see you can set the tags that the user will be assigned on any submission, but i want to be able to allow the user to choose which product area they are interested in, then the tags are set accordingly when added to mailchimp. Is this achievable ? I don’t have the pro version yet, so it you can do it in that version, do let me know etc.

Mailchimp limit the number of audiences now, and instead get you to tag subscribers to create areas of interest/lists.

    Hi @cu145485

I hope you are doing well.

You will be able to do this in two different ways here.

The first method is via the plugin, you can add multiple times the Mailchimp integration in Forminator > Integrations, then use those instances in your Form side ( Form > Integration ) with conditionals.

    https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#sending-data-conditionally

The second method is by Mailchimp side, you can create a single tag for your wished behaviour, let’s say “field_checked” then use Mailchimp > Automation to conditionally assign new tags for your customers.

Let us know if this is what you are looking for.

Thank you, I think the first option will do the trick.I hadn’t realised you could add the same MailChimp integration more than once like that. Thank you
