• Hi, I’m not able to get images to a small size in my MailChimp emails. They all appear large and blurry. All I want is a small thumbnail with each article excerpt (just using excerpts).

No matter what settings I select in Send Images, the same large size image appears in the emails. I am trying the alternate feed as well, but there is no difference. I’m wondering if there is something else in my wordpress site preventing Send Images from helping.
    I’m using Avada theme.

    Thanks for your help!

Please double check your MailChimp RSS feed settings for the “Resize RSS feed images to fit template” setting (first question under the FAQ). MailChimp will blow up small images, so you need to leave that unchecked.

Also, some themes add the featured image to the feed already, so if Avada does that, you may be seeing the Avada featured image instead of the plugin featured image. To know what images you have in your feed, I would have to have the URL for the feed itself.

Hope that helps you get started–

    Fantastic Robin, That did it!
(of course, I didn’t read the first FAQ, “Note to MC users”…)
    Thank you so much.
