Hi @pablom323
I hope you’re well today!
I’m not quite sure if I’m getting the issue right so let me ask.
1) The problem is that MailChimp gets all the data submitted from the form correctly and saves it to the list (audience) but then whatever you send (using Automations) from MailChimp is bounced?
1) Or that Hustle’s form is actually not sending the name to the MailChimp at all?
If it’s the first one then it wouldn’t really be related to Hustle. Hustle does not control MailChimp, it’s automations or the way it sends/handles e-mails. It’s only padding data to it (according to set configuration) and that’s it. The rest happens at MailChimp and would be solely either at their end or somewhere “on the way” between MailChimp and recipient e-mail address.
If it’s the second one then this is something we’d need to look closer into and the main question would be whether you have form fields correctly mapped to MailChimp fields. As stated in our docs:
If you are experiencing issues with Mailchimp collecting field data from your Hustle opt-ins, make sure your Hustle field Name matches your field tag in Mailchimp.
For example, if the field tag of a First Name field at MailChimp is first_name, it must be exactly that in the Hustle integration. If your field tags at MailChimp are in a different language, like the Norwegian fornavn, that’s how it must be entered in Hustle.
Can you double-check and confirm if this is correctly configured?
Here is more information:

Also, could you export and share your popup with us so we could check its configuration? To do so:
– go to “Hustle -> Popups” page and click on a little “gear” icon next to popup in question
– use “Export” option and save exported file to your local drive
– then upload it to your Google Drive, Dropbox or similar file storage account and share direct link to it in response below.
Note: this will only include popup configuration so no MailChimp key and no submitted data will be included – those will safely stay within your site (and we don’t need them anyway).
Best regards,
Adam
