Mailchimp forms not working

  • I have Mailchimp forms on my homepage (towards the bottom) and also in my sidebar on my blog post pages.

    When I try to use the form in either location, it doesn’t do anything. I click on the button and nothing happens.

    I double checked that the API key and the List Id are correct in the theme panel under “Integrations”.

    Is there something else that I need to do to set this up? I read the documentation and did not see any guidance except for where to find the list id and API keys.

    Are you double opt-in? If yes, then choose single opt-in from the Mailchimp account and check it works or not

    Thanks. I double check and the list is set for single optin.

    That’s strange. It should work. Please try to disable/enable plugin one by one to check for a possible conflict. Also, try to check it without the GDPR field and let me know it works or not.
