Mailchimp form unavailable response

  • After installed and connected with the API key, I created a form.

    The form only has an email field.

    After I try to submit an email address, the submit button changes it’s texto to “Unavailable” and doesn’t subscribe the email address!

    My mailchimp list only has one field(email), I deleted the others.

    What could the problem be?
