MailChimp for WP plugin issues

  • I have Mailchimo for WP plugin installed on ThisLovelyMess.com. From the site it looks good and is functioning but in tests noticed that it is not sending the confirm email it said it did, nor is my contact list being added to in Mail Chimp.

    This is almost impossible to fix without taking a look.

    For now: did you use the right credentials, list name etc?

    Yes, I did double check all of those. I am not getting any error messages, it’s just that none of my tests have received a confirm email and no new contacts have been added to my mail Chimp list. I made sure that the right list name is being used, etc.

    About your Mailchimp issue: did you try another sign up plugin yet? There are many out there.

    I have, but mail chimps plugin for WP is supposed to work more estheticslly with my theme, Gentry.

    What can we do? Only thing I can think of is troubleshooting and debugging.
    First step: create a full back-up ?? So whole website and database.

    Next thing you could try is to switch to theme Twenty Seventeen and try the sign up form.
