“MailChimp for WordPress” vs. “MailChimp List Subscribe Form”

    All — I’ve recently inherited responsibility for maintaining our group’s (we’re a 501(c)3 org) www.remarpro.com site, and I’m new to WordPress and MailChimp. The site is currently using the “MailChimp List Subscribe Form” plugin from MailChimp. Also, our WordPress site is currently running WordPress v3.6, and I want to upgrade to the latest version of WordPress. However, it’s unclear whether the “MailChimp List Subscribe Form” plugin works correctly with the latest version of WordPress, so I’m considering the “MailChimp for WordPress” plugin instead because it is highly rated and works with the latest version of WordPress. If you’re familiar with both plugins, how do they compare? Can I use “MailChimp for WordPress” as a substitute for the “MailChimp List Subscribe Form” plugin?

    Hi Paul,

    Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    I’m not sure about the features other plugins offer and what features you need exactly.
    If you tell me what features you need I can let you know if that is possible in our plugin.

    The free version of our plugin allows you to make 1 sign up form and it allows you to integrate with an unlimited amount other forms you might already have (like comment form, WordPress registration form, and most other plugins that generate forms via our custom integration method).

    With our Premium add-on you can make an unlimited amount of forms and also send in your WooCommerce products and orders to MailChimp so you can make your own Automation based on Ecommerce data.
