    Are you running WordPress Multisite? If so, you’ll need to install/activate the plugin on each child site.

    Yes I have WP as a multisite install with the subdomain.maindomain.com format

    Ah, I see… I had “network activated” the plugin

    fyi if you do that then it will only work on one site at a time

    now when I activate the plugin one at a time they all work fine
