Mailchimp for WooCommerce and Complianz

    Hi!

    Is there a way to get Mailchimp to work with Complianz? When Complianz is activated, then revenue tracking on campaign level doesn’t work (but does on subscriber level) and abandoned cart emails are not triggered.

    Thus, it seems that two specific cookies are getting blocked by Complianz. How can we figure out which cookies those are and allow them if users allow their useage?

    Hi @franz92,

    Complianz’ integration with MailChimp will disable certain features that set cookies, which may have an effect on MailChimp functionality that relies on these cookies to be present.

    You can test if the behavior is resolved by disabling the MailChimp integration under Complianz > Integrations > Plugins, which will stop Complianz from limiting those features.

    ah, cool. Thank you! Okay, it seems that’s true. But I guess I’ll have to somehow weave in the cookies so that I can use the integration?

    You could try the version of Complianz attached on the GitHub link below, in which the MailChimp integration has been adjusted to only set the “mailchimp_allowed_to_use_cookie” filter with the value false in case there is no Marketing consent.
