Could anyone please help me out with this issue.

I am trying to place an embedded form into the coming soon page for email signups, but the code from mailchimp does not work anywhere.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance.

Hello, if Theme supports subscribe form, you can find the input for a code in CMP Settings > Global Content > Subscribe Form

if Theme doesn`t support it, you should be able to insert it into a Global Content > message field itself, but then styling will be on you.

Also make sure you have latest version of CMP plugin 1.10

    Hope it helps, Alex

    Hi Alex,

Yes, the theme does permit forms, but the trouble I am having is where to place the code from mailchimp.

I am in the Global Content area, but do not see > Subscribe Form. I have also tried inserting the code into the content field, and that doesn’t work either.

I have the latest CMP plugin. Any other suggestions?

    Thanks

    Hi Alex,

I just noticed that the theme I’m using in CMP is Hardwork version 1.9. Is this the reason the code isn’t working? Should I be using a different theme?

    Thanks

Oh yes, it must be a mistake, but Hardwork doesn`t support Subscribe form. You could however you can try insert the code into global settings > message. But it will use a default contact form style.

To make sure it fits perfectly, please use different theme: Countdown, Postery or Construct, or one of our Premium themes ??

    Alex
