    I’m trying to set our store up with MailChimp for the first time. In the WooCommerce MailChimp back end, I’ve entered the API key and I think I’ve set all the appropriate settings and saved. However, when I go to said MailChimp site to create my first automated email for our store, I get the error “We don’t see any audiences with a store. If you need help, we’ve got you covered. Learn how to connect your store.”

    I’m working on the staging site corresponding to the linked website, where we are currently using:
    WooCommerce MailChimp 2.1.19
    WooCommerce 3.6.2
    WordPress 5.1.1
    PHP 5.6
    on a Kinsta server

    How do I get MailChimp to see our store and let me make an automated email?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    @awpulley,

    This plugin does not support Mailchimp “stores”. Our pro version (https://www.saintsystems.com/products/woocommerce-mailchimp-pro/) will support this in a future update.

    Stay tuned!

    Hm. I’m new to MailChimp, but I thought the WP.org page for your free plugin said it could let MailChimp see when a customer placed an order. Can you please clarify what the free version can and cannot do?

    @awpulley,

    Our free plugin simply allows you to subscribe any customers who make a purchase from your store to a designated Mailchimp list. So, you can use that to determine who has made a purchase as long as the list you designate does not gather subscribers to that list via any other methods.

    Let us know if you have any other questions.
