Mailchimp & BulletProof – 403 Forbidden error

Hello, We are using mailchimp to send out a newsletter. When it is sent out the links are adjusted from simple links to complex ones. When the newsletter is received and links are clicked upon, They show the 403 forbidden error.

From what I’ve read, changing the htaccess file or disabling BPS can fix it.
