After about 6-10 tries to get the API to recognise my Mailchimp (MC) list and then mapping the merge terms, I save the form and refresh the page.

Having refreshed the page, it brings up interest groups. I added 2 new interested groups in MC and then clicked on “Refresh groups list” and nothing happens.

I have disabled and enabled the processor
I have removed and re-added the processor
I have deleted and tried a new API
I have removed cookies/cache from the past 24 hours
    …but nothing helps.

How can I update the interest groups in caldera so that it is as per my MC list?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I have just tested it and now caldera isn’t consistent sending interest groups through to mailchimp correctly.

It works if it is subscribing the email address and an interest group is selected,

It works if it is pending the email address and no interest group is selected,

It doesn’t work if the email is marked as pending and an interest group is selected (i.e. requires double opt in).
