    Hi, I am currently in the process of setting up a new site and using the Otter Blocks Contact Form block to capture email addresses. I am using the Mailchimp marketing integration so that it also feeds into mailchimp. I have the API from Mailchimp set-up, and when I do a Test Service, the Otter-Form email appears in Mailchimp successfully, however, no email is sent to the Admin of the site which is set-up (I use SMTP2Go as my SMTP server). When I try to send a test email to the Admin in the Advanced section of the block – the test email arrives at admin.

    Now my real issue though, when I go to the live site and complete the Contact Form, the admin receives an email to say that the contact form has a new submission BUT mailchimp does not receive any new subscriber. I cannot for the life of me figure out where things are going wrong.

    In the Marketing Integration, I have also tried the Action: Default, Subscribe and Submit & Subscribe without any change of outcome.

    Both components seem to work in test mode, but not live mode. Am I missing something stupid?

    Upon reviewing your ticket some time ago, I ran additional tests and successfully replicated the issue. In the process, I identified some areas for improvement. I have forwarded this to our development team, and they are actively working on resolving it.
