Mailchimp API Not Accepting?

    I have installed this plugin on other client sites just fine but when trying to install on a newer site, the API will not save (still getting the red X) for the Mailchimp side of the house. I have the API setup, site Connected, disabled any caching plugins, etc., but still getting an error. Can you help?
