mailchimp and WPML mails

    Hello,
    I having issue,
    I hope you can help me, I have integrated my website to mailchimp for Woocommerce
    All the data synced and its fine, but I when I was design an email I have seen both of Arabic and English products, is there to filter the content by language … or like pipe the content via WPML to mailchimp by language…
    so I can send the user emails based on their language.
    am using WPML

    @hallbird we ARE currently passing in the user language to Mailchimp. Here at the plugin team we only handle the “passing” of that information so it can be used in your account.

    I would recommend reaching out to the excellent support team while logged into your Mailchimp account, or by using the “email support” feature of the plugin, and ask for specifics on how to use the email editor / filters etc.

    If you have any questions at all about the functionality of the plugin or anything regarding the plugin specifically please feel free to reach out again.

    Hello,
    Thanks for the response,
    I have tried to go for support “Email/chat” but I couldn’t because of free account limitation,
    For me I have no problem for upgrading my plan if Knew my above issue will be resolved, but I cannot pay for the unknow.
    could you let me know how set filter based on user language

    @hallbird i would suggest emailing them through our plugin page that has a button at the bottom which allows you to send a message to support. I think they’ll be able to resolve your question yes.
