    Hi,

    I built a slide-in that works and collects emails. I can store them locally easily enough and have integrated my Mailchimp account using the proper key. I can see that it is connected but when anyone fills out the slide-in it doesn’t send their information to Mailchimp. When I check the email list it says nothing for the error and says “Member status – Member could not be subscribed”

    Any help is appreciated.

    I hope you’re well today!

    Once the MailChimp integration is created it can be used but it also has to be specifically added to the Hustle popup/slide-in/embed that you’re suing for collecting signups.

    On the “Integrations” page of your slide-in you most likely currently see “Local List” under “Active Apps” but Mailchimp is also there or under “connected apps” only? If latter, you’ll need to click on a + sign next to it to add it to the module first.

    Then choose account and list from drop-down lists and optionally ad tags. Only then Hustle will even attempt to send any data to MailChimp.

    If that’s already done – did you try with multiple different emails? What happens, if you enable “Allow already subscribed user to submit the form” on “integrations” page of your slide-in configuration – does subscription work then or still nothing?
