Mailchimp acceptance tag does not seem to work

Hi. No matter if the Acceptance tag / checkbox is selected or not, the email to subscribe to Mailchimp is sent.

It seems a bug. Anyway, I’m trying to solve it by setting a condition as workaround. But I don’t know how to configure the condition. I’ve tried several ideas like:

– If (checkbox) not empty (empty)
– If (checkbox) equals (true)

But none seem to work. So how to set a condition to send if checkbox is checked or unchecked?
