• Hi,

In the From field of Mail, and in the To field of Mail (2), I’ve tried the following:

    1. [your-name] <[your-email]>
    2. [your-email]

Neither works. I’m getting an “Invalid mailbox syntax is used.” error. How shall I fix this?

Tricky part is, if I use email@my-domain-name.com the error is resolved. But it’s incorrect since that field is used for user’s email address which can belong to any domain.

    Thanks,
    Ramnath

  • Hi @ramnath007

The from field has to belong to the domain sending the mail or it’ll likely get bounced or spammed.

use this in the additional headers field :

    Reply-To: [your-email]
