Mailbox Syntax error in ‘From’ section of Mail

Hello,

My company and I are having difficulties with our quote form that we created with Contact Form 7.
In every step of our form, in the mail tab and within the ‘From’ section, we are receiving error messages for “invalid mailbox syntax”. We have looked at the troubleshoot directions for the plugin and tried all the different inputs such as:

[email* your-email]
[your-email]

and sadly it did not work. What we had before was [text-732] [ text-118] < [email* email-762]> and it worked well until a couple months before. I also checked our form and the three section we like to be in the “from” section of the email (first name, last name and email) ARE marked *important. If it is possible, please someone help us fix out or tell us how to input the *important sections properly in the form.
