We are using your Form 7 for our WP website. We built it using the Startuply theme (here is the link to the website – https://helmkin.com/). Love the contact form widget; however, we cannot seem to get our auto-repsonder/Mail2 to actually work. I have read through as many FAQs and instructional blogs as I can, and it just doesn’t seem to discuss my issue. When someone fills out their info on our website, we get an email telling us they sent their info; however, Mail2 does not work and they do not get an auto-responder welcome email. The stranger thing is that if someone from our team (using a @helmkin.com email) fills out the form, they do recieve an auto responder email. It is just if someone else uses their email domain that it does not seem to work.

Any suggestions or info you have would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks so much!

So, how have you set up the Mail (2)?

Is this what you mean Takayuki Miyoshi?

Yes, thanks. The Mail (2) settings seem correct. It might be that your host employs some kind of filtering for security reasons. I suggest you contact the host. They also might find some clue in error logs.

Hey guys (@helmkinigital and @takayukister), I am having the same issues you were having 10 months ago. Did you figure out what was causing the problem?

As @helmkinigital, I get the autoresponder message if the sender is from the same domain as mine, otherwise no message is sent.

    Thanks a lot!
