    Hello there,

    I am a beginner so it is possible that I entered something wrong; however, I have checked over everything multiple times and it seems good. Yes, I’ve checked that the [your-email] tag is the same name used in the form.

    Mail works fine, but mail 2 doesn’t send; I have Mail routing to one of three email addresses depending on a selection in a drop down menu. I am trying to get Mail 2 to send a kick-back / confirmation email back to the original sender. I have tried entering my gmail address, an email associated with my domain and even my parents’ email address while testing the form. Nothing is working.

    From email is set up with an email attached to my domain.

    I am using WP4. I hope this is enough information.

    Try deactivating all other plugins and switching to the default theme.

    I had the same problem a few days ago, and after much trial and error, the problem seemed to be that the website host was flagging my confirmation email back to the person who filled out the form as spam. What is the contents of your confirmation email?

    Thank you for your help. I am so sorry that I bothered you with this. It was in fact marked as spam on gmail and my parents’ email – and I (embarrassingly) mistyped my own email address associated with my domain.
