    Hi,

    I didn’t find a way for a general email verification or a double opt-in?

    Best regards

    Chris

    Hello Chris,

For email verification ( outside of setting up an Email action ) or a double opt-in process, it’s often best to use third-party services. Email verification can be integrated with Ninja Forms using verification services like SendWP. For double opt-in, consider using email marketing services like Mailchimp.

These processes can get specific, so I recommend contacting our Customer Success team for more detailed guidance based on your needs and setup. They’ll be happy to assist you in achieving your goals effectively.

    Hi Shaylee,

why shall I send personal informations from our leads/members to a third-party?

To be honest: I cannot understand that in the year 2023 there are still webform-solutions without a verification, because for every newsletter and every person you need to verify the mail-adress, to avoid abuse.

We are exporting and importing tables to bring people to our management-system and we need to verify the adress before we import them.

What do you mean with “outsite setting up an Email action”? I read this page before I opened the ticket, but I did not find a way for a verification. The screen Screen-Shot-2019-05-28-at-2.34.33-PM-800×409.png.webp is a bit misleading, because the second mailaction in the screen labeld as “confirmation” seems to be a simple Mail. Most webform-systems label the verification-process as “confirmation” (of the mailadress), so because of this image I thought, that a verfification must be implemeted…

So in the end your “Customer Success Team” can help me for implementing third-party-solutions, but Ninja-Forms in general does not have a verification-solution??

    Chris
