When using a MailUp account with URL https://abcd.sp09.it/console/default.aspx, the expected format for “console host” field is “abcd.sp09.it”

Likewise, you should set h1e2f.mailupclient.com if your account is https://h1e2f.mailupclient.com/console/default.aspx
