mail to link in version 2.2.1

  • Just upgraded to 2.2.1. Most everthing looks fine, but in the old “links” panel I was able to add a “mailto” link in the sidebar to contact the blog’s author. In what has now been changed to “blogroll,” I do not seem to be able to place an e-mail contact link there. What am I missing? Thank you very much in adavance.

    There is no error code. In the older version I was able to use a link address to contact the author of “mailto:[email protected]” and it worked well. In version 2.2.1 however, when hitting the save button, the “@” sign does not take and the link no longer works. If there is a way to add an e-mail contact link in the sidebar in what is now the “blogroll” section, I have not been able to figure it out yet. Any help would be appreciated, and thank you very much for your time.

    kostuj, thanks for reporting that and I apologize for not checking Trac to see that was previously reported on Trac Ticket 3299 . It looks like pishmishy claimed that bug so check back there for a fix.
