mail templates lost custom changes

    Hi,
    I have changed the content of the mails.
    Saved, tested, mails arrive with my changed content.
    The next day, the changes are reset to default.
    I adjust the content again, emails arrive correctly.
    Next day, the content is reset again, this time not for all emails.

    What could be the reason? All other settings such as forms or roles etc. remain unchanged. Only the mail content is reset, the mail subject remains as I changed it.

    I use a multi-site WordPress, version 6.5.1
    Ultimate Member Version 2.8.4
