Mail-Tags from previous forms in Autoresponder

  • I have created a multi-step contact form. I record the user’s email on the first form. The mail-tag is [your-email]. Is there a way for me to use the mail-tag in the “To” field of the Mail (2) Autoresponder on my last form?

  • I have the same problem.
    [your-email] or [multisite “your-email”] doesn’t work in the “To” field of the Mail (2) Autoresponder

    (As compromise solution I query the mail-address on the last form page, then [your-email] works. But that’s not so nice)

    I actually haven’t tried the Mail(2) “To” field. I would think it would process the form-tags the same as the primary Mail form. Currently, I don’t have the time to investigate this problem. I’ll add it to my todo list.

    Has there been any progress on this? I too am having the same problem. My tag is [email] from the first page of the form, and I have tried using [email] and [multiform “email”] and neither have worked in the “To” field of the Mail(2) Autoresponder.
