Mail-Tags for Custom Field generated by ACF

My theme uses Advanced Custom Fields to generate Custom Fields.
But when I input the Mail-tags, the information doesnt output. Infact the tags dont work.

The tags are:
1. [_property_location]
2. [_agent]

Any ideas what I should do next ?
