mail-tags are not working

  • I have a issue with sending the email. After filling in my multiple step form I receive my emails like this:
    Email

    This is my email setup:
    Email-setup

    And when I try to show the value in the last step, it is working perfectly.

    Do you have any idea what I do wrong? Thanks!

    Hi,

    Make sure your last form has the [multistep "3-3"] form-tag. Maybe i’m missing it, but i don’t see it in your screenshot.

    If it still doesn’t work, you may want to try deactivating all other plugins and using the 2016 wordpress theme.
