    Hi,
    1. I have a 7 steps form(s). Each form has entry labelled [Q1a] [Q1b]… for page#1, then [Q2a] [Q2b]… etc for page#2 and so on.
Sometimes I get the mail with all values fine, but sometimes I get mail with [Q3a],[Q3b] instead of their values!
The Page# with this kind of error is not always the same… ??
Could that be because of the amount of data sent? (I’m using the FREE version)?
I don’t want to buy the PRO version and find out that it’s the same behaviour.

    2. After submitting the form, on the last page, where should the form redirect to? It is redirecting the reloading strangely with no “BACK” on the browser. Please advise.

    Thx,
    Avi

    1. To test out if you are reaching the data limit, try and fill out the form with realistically long entries for each field. Then try to fill out the form with as little data as possible, but still fill out each field. If you get all the fields when filling it out with the least amount of data and don’t get all the fields with the most data then you most likely need the PRO version. Note that the only functional difference between the free and PRO versions is this limit in the amount of data you can send.

    2. If you have 7 steps the last multistep form tag would be something like [multistep “7-7”]. It doesn’t need to redirect to any other page. You can redirect to another page if you want to with [multistep “7-7-https://anotherpage.com”]

    Hello,
It looks like I’m facing the same problem and I would really like to know if this was solved by upgrading to the PRO version. Or was it caused by a different issue? Or not fixed at all?

My form has been working fine for months, but it seems to be broken after the last updates (I haven’t updated to WP 5.0 yet, by the way). My form has only 4 steps and a maximum of 40 fields (6 textareas). All values form the first step are missing in the e-mail. These values are stored in de database (Flamingo) but are shown as [field-name] in the mail. Any ideas??

    Thanks in advance!
    Kim

Seems this post is more for @oavi, but I’ll chime in here. If you can see the submitted data, you could try re-enter that data into the form, but instead enter some text that is slightly shorter. If you end up getting all the fields in the email with the shorter text then the PRO version should help you.
