• HI!
I set up some emails with your plugin, but my customers (and shop manager) keep receiving a wrong email: the content are the same from woocommerce mail setting, while the layout seem to be plain html text.
The only mail that doesn’t have this problem is password reset.
In woocommerce mail list I noticed that all of the mail are disabled (for unknown reason), as you can see here, and when I try to activate them it doesn’t work and stay deactivated.
Could it be this the cause? How can I resolve this issue?

Also I would like to add to my new order mail template if a customer is returning or new.
Is it possible to achieve that by shortcode?

    Thank you

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I’m sorry for this delay reply. May I know how is the issue now?

    If they remains:

For email being inactive and plain text, I doubt it’s a conflict. Please regard this WooCommerce documentation to test it out.

For adding to new order email template if a customer is returning or new, what would you like to add to the “New order” email template?

    Best regards.
