Mail sent but no statstistics at all

    Hello,
    I’ve had a problem with the statistics twice now (Mailpoet Premium 3.63.0). It is a question of sending the same kind of information every month to the same users. Before, there was 70% of opening and 30% of response. Since the beginning of June everything is at zero. And I know that the emails are opened because the subscribers respond.
    What is happening? Thank you for your advice.

    Hi @brunov99,

    We’re aware of this issue. The cause is likely related to the MySQL version you are using. We started using some features that MySQL 5.5 doesn’t support.

    For now, you should be able to roll back to an older version of the plugin (3.62.0) to have the correct link URLs and the detailed stats rates.

    But to have it permanently fixed, we strongly suggest asking your web hosting to upgrade your MySQL version.
